Sabil is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect account information (name, email, phone number, and password), business data you enter (vehicles, employees, shipments, and transports), and usage information (device type, app version, and interaction logs).
We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, deliver features such as live tracking and reports, communicate with you, ensure security, and improve our product.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the app, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. No security system is impenetrable, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
You can access, update, or correct your information from the app and request deletion of your account at any time. Contact us on Telegram at @sabilapp for assistance.
The Service is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.

You can delete your Sabil account at any time directly from the mobile app. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Open the Sabil mobile app and tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll to the Account & Security section and tap Settings.
In the Settings screen, tap Delete Account, enter your password to confirm, and confirm the deletion.
Your account and the personal data associated with it will be permanently removed. Some information may be retained for a reasonable period where required by law, such as for financial record-keeping. This does not affect your ability to create a new account in the future.
